The mayor of New York, Adams, slams Mamdani Rivaux’s affordability plans as unrealistic

Eric Adams, the mayor of New York, Eric Adams, has denounced the pro-abordability efforts of the Democrat Rival of Zohran Mamdani, as unrealistic, warning that idealistic promises such as eliminating bus prices and the implementation of rent frost may seem positive for some, but ignore the truths that are confronted with the New Yorks in the classroom.
“All these things sound well because the problem of affordability is real,” said Adams “Mornings with Maria” on Tuesday, Cheryl Casone.
“I grew up in poverty. I grew up on the verge of roaming. I know what it is to fight. I know where poverty is. He grew up in luxury. He does not know the real story of a New Yorker and how difficult it is. I think nothing is more harmful than promising things to people you can’t deliver.

The Democrat mayor who has become independent argued that the Mamdani platform is built on a false hope, insisting that there is nothing more damaging than promising things that Mamdani himself knows cannot be delivered.
The Mamdani office did not respond to the request for comments from Fox News Digital.
The self -proclaimed democratic socialist has promoted a list of far -left ideas that include redirecting tax funds to private grocery channels to create a city network belonging to a city grocery storeRefrimanding the “bad owners” by asking the city to take control of the neglected properties, to establish universal universal guard services for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years and to increase wages so that child care workers are equal to public school teachers, among others.

A key element of Adams’ re-election strategy is to articulate the Mamdani platform to voters in a way that highlights its faults. He also intends to record one million new voters in the hope of bringing them to the polls in November.
“We are going to allow 91% of New Yorkers to go out and express what they want our city to look like,” he said.

Representative Nick Langworthy, RN.Y., joins the “mornings with Maria” to discuss the “big and beautiful bill” of President Donald Trump, the security of the border and the race for the town hall in York.
