What was once a quick text asking to work led to one of the most anticipated NFL’s most anticipated events for players and fans.
Now this has not only an impact on players on the field, but also on the Nashville community and more.
The evolution of the tight university, which was co -founded by the current extremes of the NFL, Travis Kelce and George Kittle, as well as the star of the Panthers of Caroline Greg Olsen, was fun to watch since it started in 2021. It has become an event filled with swag, parties and special appearances of guests for various extremities NFL through the League.

But Peter Raskin, founder and partner of Rubicon Talent, told Fox Business that it was not always so.
“At the beginning, we just wanted to break even,” he told Nashville while the tight ends were in the meeting room of the University of Vanderbilt by listening to key advice on their position group. “Earning enough money so that we can organize a big event for guys.”
Raskin said that it was Kittle that turned a text at Olsen recently retired in 2021 to ask him if he would like to train with end friends he had in Nashville, where he recently moved.

What happened confused everyone because the commitment was enormous.
“He sent an SMS to Greg Olsen when Greg retired and said:” Hey, if you ever want to come and train a bunch of guys and train with us, I think you could teach us a lot of things “,” said Raskin. “Six months later, we had 45 tight ends of the NFL here. We did not know what we had and gathered an incredible experience. From there, he continued to grow every year, and the guys have fun. They come back year after year.
“It’s like a brotherhood, it’s really cool to see.”
To encourage players to come back, Raskin and the founding tight ends knew that it had to be worth the trouble of each player.

“We want to do it first class,” said Raskin. “So we need sponsors.”
The three -day final summit has become a situation where Raskin says that he and his team “divert the sponsors” because “we do not have enough active ingredients to offer”.
This year, Bud Light was the present sponsor, while Dude Wipes, Old Spice, Jersey Mike, Kinder’s, New Era and Gatorade was among those appearing at the Bienvenue, on the field during training sessions and on the golf course during a new event in this fifth episode of Teu. The players were also seen carrying enough loot to justify the purchase of a new suitcase to check at the airport on the way back.

The Hermitage golf course, one of the best public routes in the country, welcomed all the players, who were able to discover Club PXG fittings on the practice, a selection of g / before golf shoes, and with the fighter sun, Cutwater, Bud Light, Gatorade and others were available to stay hydrated.
And we cannot forget the Wags, or the wives and friends of the players, which, according to Raskin, has increased considerably as the players continue to return. With Claire Kittle paving the way for a lunch presented by Leigh Taylor PR +, women were able to enjoy a fun meal together with Stoney Clover Lane, The Spark Collection, Sneex, Zenni Optical and Ual.
Finally, the concert “Tight Ends & Friends” at Brooklyn Bowl has seen a formidable country music programming with special Kane Brown guests, Luke Combs and the Megastar of Kelce, Taylor Swift, occurring for a closed window.
As Raskin says, all the sumptuous equipment of Teu would not be possible without the sponsors.

“George just delivered a speech to all the tight ends and he said:” Listen, there are a lot of cameras around, there are a lot of brands here. But that’s why you are here “, said Raskin. “This is why you are going to Brooklyn Bowl this evening for a campaign festival for 10 people, if you want. This is why you have gift bags that you cannot even carry at home. Sponsors pass this event, the media pass this event. We need this to continue building every year.”
But it is not only a question of raising funds to give these tight ends the experience of a life when they work and bind each other. Teu is a matter of community, and this includes the inhabitants of Nashville.
“If there is something left, he didn’t think a guy and did not raise his hand and said:” Filions it and take the money. “Each of them – George, Greg and Travis – said:” It should go to the charity, “said Raskin about the initial conversation of Teu.” So we want the guys to feel good. If Old Spice asked you to come by their stand and said by spraying deodorant, we do not take advantage of you. We give them to sponsors who make this event occur. So we want you to feel good about it because all this money goes to Charity anyway.
“Everyone feels a little better in the experience of knowing that we do not earn money for the players, we do it for charities.”

After training sessions on Tuesday, New Era and Kinder joined 30 children from Big Brothers Big Sisters, who all had the opportunity to run and meet part of the NFL elite. The charitable organization has also received a monetary donation directly impacting its mentoring programs.
In addition, the product of the Tuesday evening closed -countertop show goes to three different charitable organizations: the non -profit organization in Kelce, 87 & Running, for young badly served; Olsen’s most Chagonnant Court, which provides support for children with congenital heart disease; And a third charitable organization chosen by Kittle.
Last year, more than $ 900,000 was given to charities due to all the support that Teu provides.
“Yeah, we are here to work, we are here to have fun. But there is a bigger image here,” said Raskin.
