Islamabad: Attock Refinery LTD (ARL) signed an agreement for front engineering design (feed) and the project management consultancy (PMC) for the refinery upgrade project with STP Studi Progetti technology Progetti technology.
The CEO of STP Carlo Gustavo Lombardi and the CEO of Arl Adil Khattak signed on behalf of their companies, said a press release.
ARL has already completed license feed studies for the addition of the continuous catalyst regeneration unit (CCR) and the overhaul of the Diesel hydro-déselfurization unit by UOP / Honeywell in the United States as part of its main upgrade project at a cost of the estimated project up to $ 600 million.
