WNBA Phenomenon Caitlin Clark Writes Emotional Message for George Kittle After 49ers TE Suffers Horrible Achilles Tear Against Eagles
WNBA star Caitlin Clark shared an emotional message for George Kittle after the NFL tight end suffered a season-ending injury. The San Francisco 49ers tight end played in the playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles, but tore his Achilles tendon in the first quarter and was carted off the field.
On Monday, Kittle shared a few photos on his Instagram account along with a lengthy caption in which he talked about his injury. He was “heartbroken” but expressed gratitude to his loved ones for their “support”.

“Football sucks sometimes. But I love it. I love these guys and this team. Heartbroken, but I’ve felt so much love and support from everyone. I’ll be kind. Thank you. We’re not done yet! Plus, when your team owner is the first person to meet you in the locker room, you know you’re in a special place. 🥃 well done, all my love,” he wrote.

Caitlin Clark, who attended the University of Iowa, the same college that George Kittle and his wife, Claire, attended, reacted to the post in the comments section. She wrote a heartfelt message.

“You’re going to come back better than ever!!! We’re proud of you,” she wrote.
In his post, George Kittle shared a black and white photo with his wife Claire. He sat on a stretcher while his wife kissed him. He also added a few more shots.
Even though Sunday was difficult for George Kittle, his team managed to win the match and secure their place in the divisional round. They beat the Eagles 23-19 and are preparing to face the Seattle Seahawks next week.

“My real superhero,” she wrote.
George Kittle’s wife Claire attended the Niners Wild Card game to support her husband in a special outfit. She shared a photo of her outing on social media before the match started on Sunday.
“George’s high school teammate’s jacket,” she wrote.
Claire Kittle wore a black T-shirt layered with a black jacket featuring an orange ‘N’ and paired it with black pants with white stripes.
