Energy Fuels (UUUU) loses 5.7% following profit taking

We recently published 10 big names that will collapse before 2026. Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSEAmerican:UUUU) was one of the worst performers on Tuesday.

Energy Fuels fell its share price 5.71 percent on Tuesday to close at $14.21 apiece as investors took early profits after the previous day’s jump, buoyed by its strong uranium production which exceeded expectations.

In a statement Monday, Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSEAmerican:UUUU) said its Pinyon Plain mine in Arizona and its La Sal complex in Utah together produced 1.6 million pounds of uranium in 2025, exceeding the upper range of its target.

Additionally, it plans to complete drilling in the Juniper Zone of the Pinyon Plain in 2026 to further delineate the ore body and potentially increase the mine’s mineable resources.

Further development work continues at its fully permitted and extensively developed Whirlwind, Energy Queen and Nichols Ranch mines for future mining.

For the fourth quarter of the year, Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSEAmerican: UUUU) aims to sell a total of 360,000 pounds of triuranium octoxide, an increase of 50% from the third quarter of the year.

Finally, Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSEAmerican:UUUU) announced that it has entered into two new long-term uranium sales contracts with U.S. nuclear power companies, increasing its triuranium octoxide production between 2027 and 2032.
