This year, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2026 extends its time zones beyond the strict zones of the East, West and Atlantic. For the first time in the history of the special, New Year’s Eve will feature a central time zone for a midnight countdown set in Chicago.
The Chicago countdown will join Times Square in New York and the West Coast Party held in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, in addition to the Spanish-language countdown in Puerto Rico.
