Dayana Yastremska poses in an all-black bikini during a tropical getaway to Bali

Dayana Yastremska recently shared a few photos of herself sporting an all-black bikini during her getaway to the picturesque Indonesian beach province of Bali during the tennis off-season. Yastremska arrived in Bali about two weeks ago and announced her arrival in the island province on Friday, December 5.

On Thursday, December 18, the 25-year-old Ukrainian WTA star posted five photos of herself in an all-black bikini as she recharged in and around a panoramic pool on the premises of Andaz Bali, a luxury five-star hotel. The world number 27 in women’s singles tennis captioned her message:

The former world number 20, upon her arrival in Bali about two weeks ago, revealed her joy at having fulfilled her “dream” of spending time in the tropical destination.

“Having traveled almost all over the world, I have always dreamed of Bali, and here I am at 5:59 a.m.,” she wrote.

On the tennis front, Yastremska’s fortunes in 2025 have been quite mixed. Even if the Ukrainian, a three-time career singles winner, did not manage to add other titles to her record, she nevertheless reached two WTA circuit finals; first at the WTA 500 Linz Open, then at the WTA 250 Nottingham Open. In Linz, she lost to Ekaterina Alexandrova in the final, while in Nottingham, it was McCartney Kessler who dashed the Ukrainian’s hopes in the final hurdle.

When it comes to Majors, Yastremska exited the US Open in the first round and finished in the third round at the other three Grand Slams.

Despite Dayana Yastremska’s disappointing results at the Majors in 2025, she notably shocked Coco Gauff in the first round of the Wimbledon Championships. Following her 7-6(3), 6-1 victory over the American, the Ukrainian reflected on the stunning result, saying her performance on court that day stemmed from her desire “to be herself.”

“I had in mind that this match could be in my hands. I was just focused all these days and trying to prepare as best as I could. I feel pretty good on grass. I played a few matches. My main goal for today was to go on the court and be myself. Be open. Be free with my decisions and the way I play. I think I did well today,” she said.

Dayana Yastremska’s final outing during the 2025 season ended in a first-round loss to Diana Shnaider at the Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo, Japan.
