New York Jets tight end Jeremy Ruckert has agreed to a two-year, $10 million extension, ESPN reported Wednesday.

The deal can be worth a maximum of $5.5 million per year with incentives, according to the report.

Ruckert, a 2022 third-round pick, is currently playing the final season of his rookie contract.

Ruckert, 25, recorded 20 catches for 163 yards and a touchdown this season, all career highs.

A reliable blocker and special teams contributor, he has 55 career receptions for 427 yards and one touchdown in 55 games (27 starts).

The Jets (3-11) signed starting center Josh Myers to a two-year, $11 million extension earlier this month.
