Blazers G Jrue Holiday (calf) out at least 1-2 more weeks

Portland Trail Blazers guard Jrue Holiday, who had already missed three games with a right calf injury before Friday’s game, will be out at least one to two weeks, the team announced Friday.
Holiday last played on November 14, when he scored 13 points in Portland’s 140-116 loss at Houston.
Additionally, Trail Blazers guard Shaedon Sharpe missed a second straight game Friday when Portland played the Golden State Warriors in San Francisco.
The team also updated the status of Scoot Henderson, who has yet to play this season due to a left hamstring injury. The 21-year-old full-back will be re-evaluated in two to four weeks.
Holiday led the Blazers with 8.3 assists per game and ranked sixth in the NBA as of Friday. He also averaged 16.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per outing.
The 17-year veteran, two-time All-Star and six-time All-Defensive team member is in his first season in Portland. A durable player, Holiday has averaged 32.9 minutes played in 1,049 career regular season games. He has played at least 59 games over the past 10 seasons.
Holiday has averages of 15.8 points and 6.2 assists per game for his career, which includes stints in Philadelphia (2009-2013), New Orleans (2013-2020), Milwaukee (2020-23) and Boston (2023-25). He won NBA championships with the Bucks in 2021 and with the Celtics in 2024.
