Amy Schumer is making a fresh start on Instagram.
The 44-year-old actress surprised her fans on Tuesday by deleting all of her previous posts and uploading just one new photo.
The new message presented the Train wreck star beamed in a red Valentino wool and silk heart mini dress paired with Chanel shoes.
“I actually left my house tonight. Who’s proud?” she captioned the image. “I feel good and happy. I deleted my old photos for no reason!”
Before making the announcement, Schumer shared a sneak peek of her very first Instagram post on her Stories, writing, “My first ever Instagram post. I’m going to delete them all because why not?”
The comedian’s social media reset follows recent posts highlighting her ongoing weight loss journey.
On October 30, she uploaded a carousel of photos and said, “I feel strong and like myself. »
Schumer has been candid about his health experiences, including his “horrible experience” with Ozempic. She previously revealed she had liposuction in 2022 and later discovered she carries the GDF15 gene, which makes her very prone to nausea.
“So, I tried Ozempic almost three years ago and I was bedridden. I was throwing up — and then you have no energy. But other people are taking it, and they’re all fine. So, God bless them,” she said during a January appearance on the Howard Stern Show.
In March 2025, Schumer said she began using another GLP1 drug, Mounjaro, and called its results “excellent.”
After revealing her Cushing’s syndrome diagnosis in 2024, she reaffirmed her commitment to advocating for women’s health, saying: “Shame and criticism of our ever-changing bodies is something I have dealt with and witnessed for a long time…I so wish women would love themselves and be relentless when fighting for their own health in a system that generally doesn’t believe them.” »
