Top 10 NFL Week 8 player props and best bets for Sunday’s slate
Six teams bye reduces the game total in Week 8, but opportunities are plentiful in the player prop market with dozens of options per game. A total of 11 games on Sunday and just one game this Monday in Kansas City still gives a prop more than 1,000 options.
Here are our top 10 most intriguing player props from NFL Week 8:
George Kittle, Anytime Touchdown at +195 (FanDuel)
He came back from injured reserve last week and did absolutely nothing. With his self-created National Tight Ends Day holiday this week, expect to see a more aggressive and determined Kittle against the Texans and former 49ers assistant coach DeMeco Ryans’ defense. There’s no doubt that Kittle will be looking to make up for last week’s miss.
Jaxson Dart, OVER 36.5 rushing yards at -115 (DraftKings)
Dart had rushed for over 50 yards rushing in his first three starts before being held in the pocket by the Broncos last week. But as stingy as Denver’s defense has been slowing down quarterbacks this season; Philadelphia has been the complete opposite. The Eagles gave up over nine yards per carry to the quarterbacks.
Dart ran 13 times for 58 yards and a 20-yard touchdown against the Eagles two weeks ago.
He has 178 rushing yards and three touchdowns since taking over the QB1 role. He will run enough to go MORE than 36.5 yards.

Saquon Barkley, LESS than 79.5 rushing yards at -114
For some crazy reason, it seems like the only thing we can count on in the Eagles offense week to week is underutilizing Barkley. He had 12 carries for 58 yards against the Giants a few weeks ago. With wide receiver AJ Brown dealing with a wobbly hamstring, the Giants can crowd the line and keep their former teammate in check.
Tyler Allgeier, OVER 9.5 rushing attempts at +100 (BetMGM)
It’s a bit risky to bet on #2, but the Falcons should crush the terrible Dolphins and put this one away early in the second half. Allgeier to end the day rather than risk injuring Bijan Robinson. Allgeier has four games with 10+ carries this season.
George Pickens, OVER 55.5 receiving yards at -118 (BetMGM)
Denver has a solid defense, but I expect them to have more success against Dallas’ running game. Dak Prescott will be forced to throw it early and often. Pickens has been a reliable option for him, catching 36 of 54 targets for over 55.5 yards in his last six games.
The Broncos will have him working with a deep and talented secondary, but Prescott leads the NFL in completions and trusts Pickens to make plays. He can surpass that mark again and could do so early in the game if the Cowboys shoot deep to loosen press coverage. He had a long gain of 43 yards or more in three straight games.

Drake Maye, OVER 1.5 passing touchdowns at -110 (BetMGM)
Maye has been successful for the Patriots, recording at least two passing touchdowns in five of the last six games. The Browns defense is formidable but has struggled on the road, allowing more passing touchdowns (12) than rushing touchdowns (three).
Jaylen Warren, MINUS 57.5 rushing yards at -115 (BetMGM)
Warren exploded for 127 yards on 16 carries against the Bengals, an outlier compared to his previous high of 52 yards in a single game. Green Bay’s No. 2 run defense will try to make the Steelers one-dimensional.
Aaron Rodgers and the passing game have been adequate, but there’s nothing to worry about.
Tua Tagovailoa, UNDER 206.5 passing yards at -115 (BetMGM)
He’s only surpassed that mark twice this season, but don’t count on him getting there three times against an Atlanta defense that held Mac Jones to 152 last week and Josh Allen to 180 a game before that.
Tua Tagovailoa, OVER 0.5 steals at -135 (BetMGM)
The struggle has become all too real for the struggling QB. He has three interceptions in consecutive games and last week threw three in the second half alone to bring his season total to 10. With Miami’s banged-up WR corps and TE Darren Waller on IR, the windows will be tighter and the reading trickier for Tagovailoa.
Joe Flacco, OVER 243.5 passing yards at -114 (Caesars)
The Jets have a solid pass defense, but Joe Flacco has been very effective. In his second start with the Bengals last week against the Steelers, Flacco exploded for 342 yards. He’s unlikely to replicate those numbers against the Jets’ pass defense, but he’ll rise above because of New York’s strong front clearing the run as an option.
