Influencer Estefania Restrepo Valencia dies after highway robbery

Colombian influencer Estefania Restrepo Valencia allegedly died following an alleged highway robbery.
According to a report from Peoplepublished on Tuesday, October 21, and several local Spanish reports published in the preceding days, Valencia died from multiple stab wounds on Friday, October 17. She was 26 years old.
Valencia, also known as “La Traviesta” online, was allegedly admitted to the Medellín emergency room at Clinica Las Vegas in Colombia by her ex-boyfriend with “what appeared to be multiple knife wounds to her arm and neck,” according to People.
Local reports, published by The Colombian And Time among other Spanish media, said she died shortly after being admitted to hospital.

The Colombian reported on Saturday (October 18) that Valencia was stabbed “four times with a knife” after the content creator’s ex-boyfriend claimed the attack “happened during a robbery case on the Caldas bypass” in Colombia.
The outlet said the former boyfriend, whose name has not been publicly revealed, “met with ‘Valencia’ that afternoon…in an attempt to restart the relationship that lasted four years and ended a week earlier over infidelity.”
According to the media, the ex claimed that “a group of men on motorcycles apparently intercepted them with the aim of stealing their belongings”. The report continues: “The suspected thief attacked the woman on the left shoulder, neck and finger, leaving her seriously injured. »

The reported death in Valencia is the second highway fatality an influencer has reportedly suffered in about a month. The outlet reported at the time that the two men were in a car with a friend, Herbson Nunes Blackwhen their vehicle collided with two trucks around 1:20 a.m.
All three passengers in the vehicle were reportedly killed, and Araújo was 29 years old when she died.
Before Araújo’s death, her last Instagram post, shared on September 7, demonstrated her talent for fashion. Sharing a mirror selfie at the time, wearing a white skirt and black shirt paired with gold jewelry and a black bag, she wrote at the time: “I love it! 🖤🤍”, as translated into English.
