Arsenal Games Odegaard could miss in the worst case after a new injury update update

Although Arsenal went to the head of the Premier League with the victory over West Ham United, it was another afternoon to forget for Martin Odegaard while his injury problems were continuing.
Arteta admits an “not positive” Odegaard injury
It was a season of injury problems for Arsenal as a whole last season. So much so that a large part of their summer spending focused on adding in -depth quality to the Mikel Arteta team. But while this has helped end several concerns, Mikel Arteta still has a major Odegaard concern after the Norwegian left the injured field for a third consecutive match on Saturday afternoon.
It seemed that Arsenal’s summer spending met against West Ham. Odegaard, Ebelechi Eze, Bukayo Saka and Viktor Gyokerres all shared the scene and that any concern that Artata did not drop the handbrake seemed to end before Odegaard’s injury spoiled the party.
Arteta, as frustrated as anyone, has provided an update on the midfielder in his post -match reaction – saying: “With Martin, it was a confrontation, a knee on the knee. It does not seem very positive for the moment. Immediately, it was uncomfortable. I just talked to him, he is not positive on this subject, he has a splint, we will have to wait and see from the doctors.”
Arsenal shared an update on Odegaard on Sunday, revealing that he had undergone “a medial injury in the medial collateral ligament on the left knee” and withdrew from the international obligation with Norway.
The big question will be how Odegaard is missing. He has already been forced to sit on three games in all competitions and an injury expert has now revealed the worst case for the Arsenal captain after another setback.
The injury expert reveals an Odegaard scenario the worst case
By reacting to the injury, the injury expert physio scout went to X to reveal that Oncegaard could miss up to six weeks of action with a 2nd year MCL injury, believing that a year 3 is unlikely.
The injury expert said: Martin Odegaard Update: The Arsenal captain was excluded from the next Norway games after undergoing an injury to the MCL. As indicated in our previous analysis, a stress valgus or a direct impact on its knee has probably placed an excessive load on the medial collateral ligament, leading to the current problem.
Expected recovery time: grade 1: 1 to 3 weeks, grade 2: 3-6 weeks, grade 3: 6-10 weeks +.
A 3rd year injury seems unlikely here; A spraining of grade 1 or 2 seems more plausible.
If Odegaard is missing six weeks of action, seven games would miss the following November international break, including the Champions League matches against Atletico Madrid.
