Wallen was arrested in April 2024

In April 2024, Wallen was arrested by the Metro Nashville police department after being accused of having thrown a chair from the sixth floor of “Chief’s”, the Tennessee bar of the country’s star Eric Church.
Wallen had to face three counts of reckless endangerment and a disorderly leader of conduct.
“At 10:53 pm on Sunday evening, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He cooperates fully with the authorities,” said his lawyer, World Robinson.
Later, Wallen approached his arrest with a declaration on X, formerly Twitter, apologizing for his behavior.
“I did not feel well registered publicly until I made amends with some people,” he wrote. “I touched base with the Nashville police, my family and the good people of the chief. I am not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility.”
Wallen then pleaded guilty to the accusations and was sentenced to seven days in a Dui education center.
