Robin Wright remembers “jealous and suspect” relationships

Robin Wright had all the experience with regard to romantic relationships, with three divorces under his name and two failed commitments to Ben Foster.

The actress admitted during an interview that she had grown considerably since her three previous marriages. According to her, she was often concerned about the possibility that her partners were released on her at the time, a phase she left dead and buried in the past.

“I cannot imagine feeling again what I felt at the time, which was jealous, suspect. You grow up as if you were growing from pants,” noted the Hollywood figure. However, that has not changed its perspective on love as an emotion, as an action, describing itself as a romantic at the heart.

“You can go through tumultuous and painful relationships, but we bounce back, aren’t we? Our hearts bounce back with a conviction that it is still there and that it can be achieved, and how much it comes back,” Wright told Aarp.

Since then, she has found love with the architect Henry Smith and has moved to the United Kingdom to install a house together. The actress underlined her admiration for Smith, but stressed that after three trips to the aisle, saying “I do” for the fourth time, it’s out of the cards for her.

On the way they met, Wright revealed that a year ago in a pub, after which they became friends for their shared experience with COVID-19.
