Magpies is suitable for 55 million pounds sterling at the end of the long transfer interval

Newcastle United has entered into an agreement of 55 million pounds Sterling to sign Brentford striker Yoane Wissa, a few hours after sanctioned the sale of Alexander Isak in Liverpool.
The Magpies sold on Sunday and finally gave the green light for Star Talisman Isak to move to Anfield for costs in the region of 130 million pounds Sterling. Isak had firmly refused to train or play for Newcastle while he was trying to pass through the transfer.
Wissa had taken a position similar to Brentford. While Dr. Congo International trained for the bees, he was selected for any of the three Premier League opening games, of which they took three points, and Sunday, published a long Instagram statement on Sunday saying that Brentford had made a written commitment that he could leave the club in this transfer window.
Like Isak, he should now obtain his wish and would have arrived on the Newcastle training field to undergo a medical person before a four -year contract.
His arrival will give Newcastle the two attackers they wanted to make an Isak sale pleasant to the taste, the Magpies having signed the Germany striker Nick Woltemade from Stuttgart in a move of 69 million pounds Sterling last week.
Woltemade, Wissa must hit the ground in Newcastle
The potential signing of Wissa raises part of the pressure on Woltemade, 23, which was the subject of a significant interest in Bayern Munich after a season of small groups for Stuttgart.
Unlike his new teammate who will be future, Wissa is proven in the Premier League, having scored 19 goals in the division last season. He found the net 12 times in the 2023-24 campaign.
But he and Woltemade will have to hit the soil running for a side of Newcastle who had a hard time attacking with the absence of Isak, letting them rely on the False-Neuf Anthony Gordon and the unconvincing William Osula in advance. Gordon still has two games of a suspension to serve as a result of a right red card against Liverpool.
Newcastle won two points in their first three games despite impressive performances in the first match against Aston Villa and in an exciting 3-2 defeat against Liverpool. The 0-0 Saturday draw with Leeds United meant that they did not find the net in two games already this season.
For Wissa, 28, the move to Newcastle gives him the chance to play football in the Champions League, and he can impatiently wait for an enticing confrontation with Barcelona on September 16 in St James’ Park.
Newcastle will also face the Union Saint-Gilloinme, Benfica, Athletic Bilbao, Marseille, Bayer Leverkusen, PSV Eindhoven and the holders of Paris Saint-Germain in the league phase.
