Newcastle looking at a new transfer race with Man City to sign a “superb” rival

With less than 10 days until the transfer window is closed, Newcastle United would have now looked at an agreement to sign a Premier League rival alongside Manchester City.

While it seemed that things finally improved for Newcastle when an agreement was back on the table for Yoane Wissa and Malick Thiaw arrived, they now seem to be undergoing a touch of cruel transfer. The reports now suggest that, despite Brentford’s initial decision to facilitate their position, bees now require more than 60 million pounds sterling to sell their transfer, which is back with the team.

In the current state of things, the closest that Newcastle responded to Brentford’s requests is an offer worth 40 million pounds sterling. If this changes before the transfer window closes remains the big question, but the attacker is no longer the only name on the Magpies list.

Jorgen Strand Larsen of Wolverhampton Wanderers also entered Newcastle radar, according to recent reports. The imposing Norwegian international experienced an excellent first first league campaign last time and would undoubtedly be an ideal alternative to Wissa this month.

Like Brentford, however, the Wolves are not in a mood to give Newcastle a reduced price in the remaining days of the window – would have demanded more than 60 million pounds sterling to sell their star attacker.

Just where Newcastle takes its search for attackers, it remains to be seen in a summer full of twists and turns, especially with recent rumors indicating that their next signature could even be a defender of the Premier League instead.

Newcastle looking at ACHAMPONG alongside Man City

According to the offside, Newcastle is now considering an agreement to sign Josh Acheambong de Chelsea in a new transfer race against Manchester City. The 19 -year -old began the draw of Chelsea’s opening day against Crystal Palace, keeping a white leaf in what was a solid performance despite the shortcomings of the Blues in the other direction.

Now on Newcastle radar, the teenager would offer Eddie Howe an instant versatility thanks to his ability to play both as rear and central rear. However, if the Magpies can convince Chelsea to sell their young star is another question entirely. In the current state of things, despite the interest of City and Newcastle, those of Stamford Bridge were firm in their position that Achampong is not for sale.

Described as a “superb defender in preparation” by the scout Jacek Kulig, Acheambong is certainly to look at, no matter where he plays his football this season and beyond.
