Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are interested in signing Conor Gallagher from Atletico Madrid during the summer transfer window.
According to a Fichajes report, the two clubs are willing to submit an offer of 50 million euros for Gallagher. It remains to be seen if Atletico Madrid is ready to sanction its departure.
Conor Gallagher would be a great addition
He has already played in the Premier League and he impressed by Crystal Palace and Chelsea. There is no doubt that he could have an instant impact in Tottenham or Newcastle. The two clubs need more quality and physics in the middle of the field, and Gallagher would be the ideal acquisition.
He is a player who works hard who will help defensively and will also add driving to the team. He successfully succeeded during his stay at Atletico Madrid, and the opportunity to return to his homeland could be attractive to him. He is a talented player with a brilliant future. He could transform the two teams into the midfield.
The former Chelsea star, Frank Lampard, described him as “great talent” in the past.
Spurs and Newcastle need Gallagher
Tottenham would do well to secure his signature. They hope to succeed in the UEFA Champions League next season and will grow for a place in the top four. They need quality players to happen.
