‘0 filter, 0 fear, 0 guilt’: aman gupta of the boat on why he likes to work with Gen Z, young millennials

Aman Gupta, co-founder and director of marketing at Boat, was returned to X (formerly Twitter) to explain why he likes to work with Gen Z and Young Millennials.
He told his work experience in the business sector 10 years ago. The CMO of the boat said that when he worked in the business sector, young employees used to be afraid of standing outside the boss cabin.
He added that young people at the time could not wonder what their boss asked them to do, while contrasting with the day and the age of today.
Gupta wrote in his article: “But today, in my office, the 20-year-old trainees are heading and ask:” AG, why do we do that? Are you sure it’s “right?” 0 filter, 0 fear, 0 guilt.
The entrepreneur, who was also spotted on Shark Tank India, said that he hates when people confuse honesty with disrespect. He also declared that young people today had much more exhibition than his generation.
“Of course, they may not have decades of experience, but they have not done: an exhibition. They know what we don’t have. They have seen more, earlier and faster than ever. They are global citizens and looks in the world, when we are used to watching Doordarshan while growing up. Fast trade (sic).”
He also mentioned that the Boat marketing team includes employees under 30 years under the age of 30, while adding that they are working for reasons other than money.
“And every time I speak to them, I realize that they are not only working for money. They work because they care about it. They live freely. They create without fear,” says the post. Towards the end of his post, he said that the question was not knowing how to manage them, but how to make sure that we work them and learn from them.
